Voters registered at addresses inside the proposed Transportation Development District to help fund the southern extension of the KC Streetcar to the vicinity of the University of Missouri-Kansas City Volker Campus may apply for a mail-in ballot starting at 8:00am on Wednesday, April 5 through 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 23.

Proof of voter registration must be submitted with your application.

The ballot application will be available online closer to the election date.
